Jerez - Luck for Jorge Lorenzo at his home . He eventually podium and victory in this season after winning a boring race at the Jerez circuit.
In the Spanish MotoGP event, Sunday (05/03/2015), Lorenzo won the race so smooth. Pole position, the Yamaha rider continues to be in front without significant interruption, and touched the finish line first with a time of 44 minutes 57.246 seconds.
This is Lorenzo's first victory in 2015 , as well as the first in his last seven appearances. He also adds a record of success at Jerez to five times in all classes.
Marquez managed to finish as runner-up and the survivors from the pursuit of Valentino Rossi, who had to settle for third place. Special for The Doctor, he has collected 200 podium of his career in Motogp.
Racing takes place "flat" due to lack of overtaking action among riders. One "victim" is Hiroshi Aoyama crash on lap-15.
Won the first pole position of the season, Lorenzo managed to secure his position when the race starts. Marquez also survive in second, while Rossi managed to stay ahead of the rider in front of him to start the first corner in fourth place.
Rossi needs three laps to beat Pol Eispargaro and was third, chasing Marquez and Lorenzo.
The 3 rider seemed to be fighting for the podium. However, beginning the sixth lap of their distance gradually widened. Lorenzo started away from Marquez two seconds on lap-10.
Rossi was not bad managed to close the distance with Marquez. Of the two seconds he managed closer to 1.8 seconds on lap 11.
By mid-race, it seems there is no sign there will be tough competition between Lorenzo and Marquez , and Marquez with Rossi. They already securely in their position until the race is finished.
Rossi still leads the standings with 82 points, followed by Andrea Dovizioso by a margin of 15 points, Lorenzo third place with 62 points.
