US President Barack Obama and Cuban President Raul Castro allegedly had reached an agreement on the Summit of the Americas. It is implicit in the amazing visuals of reconciliation between the two countries that have fought for nearly 50 years.

Reported by the Belfast Telegraph on Saturday, April 11th, 2015, a reporter for the Venezuelan TV network upload videos online that show both greet each other, shaking hands and making small talk.

Meanwhile, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and the Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez saw the extraordinary events. This is a conversation that occurred after nearly 50 years of no communication between the United States and Cuba.

Although the White House said the informal interaction and they do not engage in substantive conversation. At least a visual clue that suggests an increase in the relationship between the two.

At a meeting of civil society groups, Obama spoke for an end to hostilities between the two countries as a victory for the people of Cuba.

"The United States started a new chapter in relations with Cuba. We hope this will create an environment that enhances the quality of life of the Cuban people," he told the meeting which was also attended by the Cuban.

Recommendations from the State Department, the White House has previously been removing Cuba from the list of state sponsors of terrorism. Elimination is a major problem with Castro because not only will eliminate the status of Cuba as a terrorist, but also alleviate the Cuban ability to perform simple financial transaction.

Cuban Foreign Ministry issued a brief report of the meeting of the Kerry-Rodriguez, who said they meet for nearly three hours in an atmosphere that is "warm and constructive".

Both sides now have a dialogue that leads to the opening of embassies in Washington and Havana, as the first stage in a new diplomatic relations. Both are expected to talk further.
