It turns out that working at Apple inc it's really sucks

Apple Inc., may be the most coveted technology company by IT workers. However, recognition of the former Apple employees will probably change that view.

Ben Farrell, who recently quit his job at the Apple offices in Sydney, Australia, wrote his experiences while working at Apple in his blog.

Farrell said that Apple employees must be able working sixteen hours a day, which is filled with one meeting to the next meeting.

Farrell who formerly working as a Quality Program Manager for AppleCare technical support programs that claim to be happy after getting out of a job that might be coveted by many people.

"Sixteen hours a day filled with meetings continuously, may be used in other companies, but the meeting at Apple that such an agenda to drop (career) a person," Farrell wrote in his official blog.

Apple's culture, according to Farrell not only have high demands, but also narrow-minded and most employees try each other down, spirit in the team is almost nothing because according to Farrell everyone attacking each other and have an agenda to please themselves.

Farrell said working conditions at Apple's office is not healthy it also made him lose time with his family.

"I reject the official travel because of the time it had to accompany my wife who was pregnant, who fell down the stairs and had to be hospitalized," said Farrell.

However, for refusing official travel, performance appraisal Farrell to minus, and taken to the management level, although emergency family reasons which have been expressed Farrell.

In addition, Farrell also said he often gets the attacking message tone through its smartphone devices. It happened at any time, at the office or at home.

"You are not online? your status away ?, you read a message don't you ?"  Farrell gives an example

Farrell also said he often receives rude voicemail when he late just 1 min in the meeting. He also frequently abused associated with the work ethic of Australia.

According to Singapore management office, the Australian was not friendly and just want to work with fellow Australians only.
